Built in 1927, this historic building at 910 Cherry St SE housed the Bullock-Walker Chemical Company, and then the Richard App Gallery, before being lovingly restored to assume new life as an architectural firm’s headquarters. The main floor was reconfigured, incorporating a kitchenette, and an employee gym was added in the basement. To warm and modernize the space, the building’s original tin ceiling was removed and we sandblasted the original timber beneath it for an entirely new vibe.
